Using KindSplit
By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your password safe.

KindSplit is not a law firm and Counsel is not a licensed attorney. The service provides legal information, calculations and document drafts, not legal advice. See the legal disclaimer.
Plans and payment
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Professional services are priced per booking and shown before you pay. Court fees are paid to the court.
Professionals
Professionals are independent. Your agreement for their services is with them. We vet professionals before listing them but do not guarantee outcomes.
Fair use of the service
Do not use KindSplit to harass anyone, to hide or move assets unlawfully, to file false documents, or to access another person's account or information.
Your content
You own what you upload and enter. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the service to you.
Limits of liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will tell you about material changes before they take effect.
